The complete picture?
Just because it isn’t open/ready/finished doesn’t mean a professional commercial photographer can’t give your customers the complete picture.
Sometimes, my role as a commercial photographer in Preston isn’t about showing what is; it’s about showing what could be. Here’s an example.
The Design Exchange recently asked me to carry out some commercial photography for some new and currently empty retail units in Preston City Centre. For obvious reasons (ie they’re not let yet) the photography can’t show a trail of people beating a path to the units’ doors. But it can do the next best thing.
It can show that the area is in a thriving, bustling part of the city with lots of footfall. And on a bright, sunny day it can help show that these units are the right space in the right place.
You’d think you couldn’t show something as intangible as potential in a photograph, but as you can see from these shots, actually you can. So just because it isn’t open/ready/finished doesn’t mean a professional commercial photographer can’t give your customers a real understanding of what the finished article will look/feel like.
